Description:
Janz Automationssysteme AG has beed developed this controller system specifically for automation applications which need space-saving, reliable solutions. Currently, emPC-X1600 is one of the smallest available computer systems in its processor-power-class.
Most automation needs can be addressed with this system, which uses the latest Intel Z530 1.6GHz Atom processor, 512 MB memory and Windows XPembedded or Linux as its operation system. This emPC-X1600 platform can also be used in the emVIEW HMI family. Users don´t have to decide between two different systems when they want either a stand-alone system or an HMI solution.
Additionally, the CoDeSys IEC-61131 programming environment can be pre-installed emPC-X1600.
