Das Unternehmen Janz Automationssysteme hat ihre Industrie-PC-Familie um eine Variante mit dem Atom-Prozessor von Intel erweitert. Weil der Prozessor nur eine Verlustleistung von 14 W einbringt, kann er lüfterlos eingesetzt werden. Janz bietet unter der Bezeichnung »emPC-MN270« ein neues Industrie-PC-System auf der Basis des Atom-Prozessors N270 von Intel, der bis zu 1,6 GHz getaktet werden kann.
